Yamaha has developed the Yamaha FZZ bike, similar to the look of classic bikes from the movies of the late 70s. Although the look is classic to look at, the bike is designed with various advanced technologies to suit the current climate. Launched in India on June 18, the Yamaha FZX Bike is available in two variants, the FZX Standard and the FZ X Bluetooth.
The FZ-X Bluetooth variant of this bike is priced at Rs. 1.19 lakh (ex-showroom). Yamaha has announced that delivery for those who book this model bike will start from this month, and will be available in Matte Copper, Matte Black and Metallic Blue, and customers can choose their favorite color from these. Yamaha has priced the Bluetooth-enabled FZ X bike at Rs 1.19 lakh.
This new model bike has Bluetooth features. All the information about the vehicle can be learned through the cell phone by attaching the bike with a processor specially developed for this purpose. The processor can also find information such as engine malfunction, bike parked, going location, mileage details, battery, and when to change engine oil. As for the engine, it is powered by a 149 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine. Capable of outputting a maximum of 12 bhp and 13.6 Nm of torque.
The bike has a telescopic fork at the front and a mono-shake absorber at the rear for best suspension. A 282mm disc on the front wheel and a 220mm disc on the rear wheel are similarly used for best braking. The FZX bike also features a circular headlamp, a tear-drop fuel tank, a single-piece handlebar, and a smooth seat to enhance the look. Yamaha is offering an additional 200 watches for the first 200 customers booking a Yamaha FZX.
